Bornga is one of the most common Korean BBQ franchise, so quality wise is very well maintain accross their branch. Food (5/5⭐): I order its specialty Yangnyeom Galbi (Marinated Beef) and Woo seol (Beef tongue). Both are cook to perfection, beef are tender, while the tongue is have its chewy texture but still very soft and easy to eat. Taste wise, its a 5 star. Price (4/5⭐): Quite high for the Cikarang area. Ambience (4/5⭐): come here around 5 pm. So still very much empty of customer. Service (4/5⭐): All waiters are quite helpful, but they tend to all stay inside the kitchen. (Maybe due to still not in crowded hour), so need to get up and call whenever I need to ask for anything.

I have tried another Korean restaurant here in Cikarang, but I always say that Bornga is the best one. Good taste, good food, good quality of food, various menu, good service and good value of money. The host is so kind and friendly. He always welcomes you and give you some snacks foe you to try while waiting your main orders come. They always give you the free desserts. You may choose: coffee or some kind of rosella plus fruits.
They provide private rooms upstairs. So if you want to come together with your colleague or family, you can ask to get the room upstairs. Quite interesting, isn't it?
They also provide free fast wifi and good music...

The staff should know the product knowledge, and I have no idea if they have the same menu, so SHE confirmed the ordered without reconfirming to me, is it set / dosirak, she is supposed to ask the customer (dosirak / set). She gave the price about 300k while in the menu it was 95k, the difference is quite high.
(I have the menu on 1 paper, while she took the menu from the book they have)
That was very funny when the staff blamed the customer. The taking order staff talked to the supervisor on the phone. Thought the supervisor have better manner, but he's not.
The lady said sorry unsincerely and keep blame me.
