My favourite is Bara-Chiraisi Sushi lunch set, consisting of raw fish cut in a dice shaped and put in a bowl of rice, served with mini soba noodle and salad. If you cannot have raw fish, the Salmon buttered rice set is good. If you love ramen, you may have spicy and sour ramen.
Ocha are free to refill, and there are complementary coffee (with sugar/milk) or fruits.
May become overcrowded in the lunch time, causing a long queue in the serving. Better to arrive before lunch time.

The restaurant is part of hotel & residential. I heard that the residents are expat, so I kind if expect authentic Japanese taste. And, I am happy that I met my expectation.
The service is adequate. Friendly. They took time to prepare, but this is not fast food. My aburi salmon sushi is very good. I love my first taste of natto.
I would definitely comeback for this taste. Too bad it is kind of far...
