Sentosa Live Seafood Enak — Restaurant in Kabupaten Bekasi

The best seafood so far. The seafood is so fresh and the cooking is amazing. As a regular customer since Sentosa only open in Muara Karang, I found the cooking is tasty and consistent. As for tonight, we ordered 2 ikan bakar kecap, 2 steam kerapu nyonya, 2 portion of udang goreng Sentosa, 2 honey-grilled cuttlefish, 1 big bowl of tofu fish soup and also 1 sour fish soup, 3 black pepper clams, 4 kangkung, all for 12 adults & 5 kids. I tried the dishes here for a week. The shrimp is the best with boiled and fried style. The stir-fried long beans are also good. However, I do not recommend the crab dish. Although the crab dish looks quite nice and cheap, I cannot taste anything, the crab meat even has a slightly bitter taste. Maybe they keep the crab in glass tanks for a long time waiting for customers so it completely loses its meat flavor. Or my dish is not very fresh. The clam dish is also quite good but you should tell them to cook it thoroughly to kill the bacteria...

Couple times having dinner here never fail me at the food taste and food quality. Most of my chinese colleague brought here for dinner when we are visiting Cibitung Plant.

Staffs are helpfull, The ambience is good, some table is prepared for dishes -better eat with bare hands- directly served at table.

The food is also good. Fish, shrimp, some crab can be picked at live, more fresh and tasty.

The only problem is parking area, where you should look around. As the area is mix area with hotel...
