Terre Bistro & Bar — Restaurant in Kabupaten Bekasi

Worst dining experience I have ever had in a very long time. First, I googled about this place and read so many good reviews and I tried to call a few times to make a reservation but no answer so I made a reservation online. Second, when my husband and I arrived to the actual restaurant address listed on the website, it is under renovation which is not mentioned. They moved the restaurant to the 2nd floor of the Antero hotel. This restaurant was empty at 7:30pm and there was no decoration or anything only plain chair and table, we should have left at that time but we gave a chance since the reviews about their food werw good. We ordered tenderloin and ribeye steak that cost around 190,000 rupiahs for each meal and It took forever for our steak to be served. When the meal finally served, they were cold (the french fries and mix vegetables were literally cold) and the steak were just warm and welldone which we ordered them medium well. My husband asked for ketchup (saus tomat) for his french fries, the server said they run out of saus tomat! Very shocking that a restaurant located in a nice hotel doesn't even have saus tomat! And when we asked why our food was cold, the server only said "I am sorry, do you want me to reheat your food?". Do I think I wanted to send my chewy steak back to the kitchen to be put in the microwave?? Heck no! Nothing about this place is good...I personally very understanding customer since I also been working in service and hospitality area for so many years but the service they delivered last night during our dinner was...

The WORST restaurant in my life. I came at 5.30pm for an early dinner. At that time there was only the two of us as guests in this restaurant. We ordered meal and drink. Drinks are served within 5 minutes. But after 40 minutes the food did not come out. We asked the waiter if our food was cooked. Then the waiter went inside and out again with say sorry they forgot to cook our order. We called the manager and said we cannot wait for the meal, we will go out to find other resto. But the manager only say sorry, without any impression of regret at all. I paid bill for the drink that we could not drink anymore because of our anger. It was a very bad experience, the waitress looks like she had no idea what's in their menu, and also always ask another crew about their menu and availability. They seem to have no intention about serving us, about 2 other waitresses looks so busy but there were just my group and a group of family in the restaurant.

At last, I didn't eat here, because a lot of menu are not available. And we are already tired with the waitress keep running back and forth to ask about the menu and availability to the other employee and it took very long, because the other employee ask the chef too. I give this review 3 stars with hope that they can improve. I almost give this...
