Worst dining experience I have ever had in a very long time. First, I googled about this place and read so many good reviews and I tried to call a few times to make a reservation but no answer so I made a reservation online. Second, when my husband and I arrived to the actual restaurant address listed on the website, it is under renovation which is not mentioned. They moved the restaurant to the 2nd floor of the Antero hotel. This restaurant was empty at 7:30pm and there was no decoration or anything only plain chair and table, we should have left at that time but we gave a chance since the reviews about their food werw good. We ordered tenderloin and ribeye steak that cost around 190,000 rupiahs for each meal and It took forever for our steak to be served. When the meal finally served, they were cold (the french fries and mix vegetables were literally cold) and the steak were just warm and welldone which we ordered them medium well. My husband asked for ketchup (saus tomat) for his french fries, the server said they run out of saus tomat! Very shocking that a restaurant located in a nice hotel doesn't even have saus tomat! And when we asked why our food was cold, the server only said "I am sorry, do you want me to reheat your food?". Do I think I wanted to send my chewy steak back to the kitchen to be put in the microwave?? Heck no! Drinks are served within 5 minutes. But after 40 minutes the food did not come out. We asked the waiter if our food was cooked.
