We ordered and after 15 minutes the drinks came.
But it still took 65 minutes or 1 hour and five minutes in the almost empty restaurant before the food was put on the table,
An unacceptably long time. The next shock was the food. Ordered lamb chop. Disgusting, see photo. Actually know what was on the plate (see photo) the absolute most expensive dish from the menu over IDR 310K incl tax. for burnt leg!
We contacted the waiter and he made all sorts of excuses that there were not enough chefs in the kitchen.
There was actually not a single dish out of 7 dishes that were just standard, all were very poorly prepared and tasted bad. Even a 10 year old child said that her burger tasted bad. When the bill had to be paid we did not have to pay for the burnt legs that they try to sell...

One thing though, if you are foreigner they will give you a bule menu with prices a lot higher. It's the first time I see / notice this in 7 years here. Considering we speak Indonesian they ended up giving us the normal price but as a business practice it bothers me. So just ask for the Indonesian menu. And the difference is not 5k but on some dishes 30k, not exactly nothing. To update after the answer of the owner : no your taxes are the same if your customers are indonesians or foreigners. Saat kami sudah selesai menyampaikan orderan, dan menunggu pesanan kami datang ( kurang lebih 10-15 menitan ), datanglah pesanan kami ( Paket Ayam Bakar & Gurame Goreng ), pesanan kami pun tiba dan langsung dihidangkan di meja sebelah ( iya benar, di Meja sebelah lagi, untuk keDUA kalinya dengan tanpa konfirmasi langsung menaruh makanan yg kami pesan di meja sebelah...langsung saja dong para Pengunjung yg sudah disajikan di atas meja mereka mengambil pesanan kami ( ayam bakar yg saya pesan langsung diComot ), selang beberapa detik nya "Si Pegawai" ini malah bilang dengan santai nya kalau pesanan yg dihidangkan di meja mereka salah. Tapi kan Tapi kan, salah satu pesanan kami ( Ayam bakar nya ) sudah diComot, dan iyaa,, mereka akhirnya mau mengganti pesanan kami lagi dengan pesanan yg baru ( menunggu lagi 2lagu, kurang lebih 7menitan ). Kami makan dengan masih membawa perasaan kesal itu, tidak terlalu menghabiskannya, segera ke kasir, dan membayar....Dan puncak dari pelayanan yg "Luar biasa" ini, dari beberapa pegawai yg ada disana, Tidak ada satupun yg menyampaikan kembali permintaan maaf ( paling tidak mengucapkan Terimakasih ke pada pelanggan yang sudah datang ke Resto mereka ).
Karangasem sebenarnya banyak dan banyak sekali mempunyai orang-orang yang baik, sifat yang ramah, dengan bisa menyambut pelanggan menggunakan Tutur kata yg halus, Namun untuk kali ini, saya sampaikan kepada Manager/Petinggi Resto untuk selalu mengedepankan kualitas serta pelayanan yg optimal terhadap para Customer.
