Warung LAH PASIH — Restaurant in Kecamatan Kubu

What a gem of a place in an area you can call real Bali away from the craziness of the south, stayed up this end of the island for a week in a local resort and me and my wife wanted to venture out and experience what the village had to offer and after following google reviews found wayan's place...no regrets !! food was exceptional and very well priced, wayan and her family made us welcome and we have visited a few more times as the food and her hospitality was exceptional, Wayan even took us out on a day trip to the market she frequents with a visit to the water place on the way back...will miss them all and bobby the dog ..PS if you visit go for the Ribs with honey glazed sauce ...one of the best my taste buds have...

This place is absolutely stunning. The owner (Wayan) is also the chef and waiter. She is cooking super fresh and delucious dishes. She explained us how she found her family business a few years ago and what is important to her. Fresh ingredients and fun at making them. This is a real authentic warung restaurant which we highly reccommend! Wayan really takes care of her guest.

Great quality Balinese food made from fresh, local ingredients. Vegetarian options are really good as are the local barracuda "pedes" cooked with spices in a banana leaf. Wayan is a great host, very friendly - we started talking food and ended up going to the Amlapura food market with her early in the morning a couple of days later. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough - we ended up eating here every night of our holiday once we discovered it.
