Edelweiss Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Kecamatan Rendang

The restaurant looked promising at first, but unfortunately our visit turned out to be rather disappointing. The staff was polite, but barely present – we waited quite a while before anyone came to our table, and after that, no one checked in on us again. The food arrived with a noticeable delay and wasn’t served at the same time for everyone, which made for an awkward start. Unfortunately, some of the dishes were already cold, and the taste was underwhelming – quite bland and lacking any real character. It felt like there wasn’t much care put into either the preparation or the service. It’s a shame, because the atmosphere itself is actually nice, and with a bit more attention from the kitchen and staff, this place could really have potential. Came to have lunch. It was not crowded. But we received a very warm welcome. The food arrived quickly. Each meal was around 5 - 6 AUDs. The food was amazing. The service was excellent. They made sure to ask us how the food was (3 times!!). Ended up ordering dessert as well. Will definitely recommend anyone looking for an amazing food experience to...

Это ужасно, на сколько можно себе это представить. Мы жили в отеле , был включен завтрак , он более менее , далее если брать обед и ужин на заказ по меню ресторана платно - то эти блюда 2 из 5, готовят очень долго , официант часто тоже в долгом отсутствии ,плюс почти всегда что то перепутает , пробовал там том ям - ужасный ( креветок почти нет , в огромном количестве куски непонятной белой рыбы и он очень очень очень острый его невозможно есть ). Вообще любое блюдо из морепродуктов там не будет креветок почти совсем - только куски белой рыбы и может быть кальмар . Детское меню тоже блюда ужасны ( брали шашлык куриный с картофелем две маленьких шпажки зажаренной в хлам курицы и пять огромных долек картофеля ) в общем за все время пребывания не нашел ни одного вкусного для себя блюда , хорошо хоть цены не сильно высокие, но между тем они не забывают брать сервис сбор. Если бы рядом с отелем была хоть какая то альтернатива поесть и не отравится я бы смело выбрал ее ( рынок который рядом не в счет там скорее всего ужин...
