Fifteen Celcius Skylounge — Restaurant in Kota Batu

Me and my husband were having dinner yesterday, and we are not happy with the service. This is our first time to have dinner in fifteen celcious, usually we go to skydome.

I give two stars bcs : The guy near the cashier that idk who, saying that we cannot have dinner outdoor bcs is full. Only available indoor. So my husband say that he wanted to check around as this is our first time, but we found 4 or 5 tables are avail and not even reserved. So we choose outside after asking other waitress is the table is available or not. And she said its avail.

We are asking for a candle at our table, bcs is quite dark and we wanted a lil bit light so we can see what we eat fcs. But there is no candle until we finished our food. With a lightning help from our phones. Can you imagine that?????? We pay 500k ++ for dinner in the dark and get lightning from our phones. Isnt it riddiculous??

The waitress doesnt even know that they sell🤷‍♀️ My husband is asking for the wagyu grade and the waitress saying its 250grams. My husband asking again politely, what is the wagyu grade not how much grams he will get. And she doesnt understand that.

We are abt to order dessert. Its 8.27pm. The waitress saying sorry we are closed for orders at 8pm. Oh hey, we dont even know your hotel rules and they dont even telling us what time is their last orders. Couldnt believe what we just heard🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ We telling to the waitress and how unsatisfied we are, and the waitress seemed like wanted to go away and not even apology properly and wanted to get rid of us asap.

Please this is a big hotel ya. We are abt to pay 500k+ for our unsatisfied dinner. The cashier not so friendly, and the guy that telling us no available table outdoor is there, sitting beside the cashier. Checking books, look so busy. Infront of the guest that wanted to pay. So unprofesional.

Im sorry to say, but. We wont go there again and spend money for the bad service we get. The food is quite okay. Except for the lamb. There is two slice. One is nice and soft. Other one taste like not well defrosted and cooked while it...

I went there at around 1pm with my friends and it wasn't open yet although their opening time is 1pm.

The interior is at best average and a bit unkept.

Food and drinks are very bad and is not worth it for the price. The worst was the fresh apple juice I ordered. It tasted like water and shredded apple.

The view is great but it's not worth the 21% tax over it.

The waiter and the manager was not friendly.

When I was about to order, the waiter told us that there are a lot of things sold out at that time (it was 1.30pm then) and when I ask them which were the items that were sold, they couldn't answer it. They said they weren't ready to serve anything else except for deep-fried food (e/ fried calamari/ french fries) until 2pm and they can only tell us which items were sold out until after 2pm.

The menu variety is at best average and...
