It's like a hidden treasure in Bekasi, Bantargebang especially.

It's located in the front side of a quite recently opened residency, Vida. The quality of this coffee shop is like the "face" of quality of Vida itself, because the Marketing office of Vida is beside this coffee shop.

The foods and beverages have reasonable prices, cool tastes, and good presentations. I had a iced capuccino and my friends ordered some kind of chiken-filled pizza-lookalike, and the other one order some kind of rice with thick curry(?). Because it looked tempting, I asked some.. and it tasted good too.

Indoor area can be said relatively small. It had only two separated room, and big furnitures are big, so it's more unlikely to more groups to hangout inside, especially if you wanna seek for sockets to work. It seemed hectic in this election holiday when I came in. People doing photoshoot, standing in line to order, waiters roaming around to serve or to clean-up, were quite making noise and luckily I wasn't working or I'd be distracted too much. To be fair, I have to say that this place has simple, cool decorations.

Outdoor area is big. At noon, it's too hot because the trees in Vida are not big enough to make shadow and wind there. I hope it's gonna be better in years. Luckily, it was not raining outside when I came in. Otherwise, I'd be a moodkiller to force us to come inside or even go back home earlier. Outside decorations are good too, and worth to take some pictures too; it feels like our own hometown, like we're living there. Sadly, the parking area is still not clear which one is the motorcycle park, and car one. The motorcycle one isn't organized well enough.

My friend said that this place is nice and quiet at non-holidays, and some nights (dunno, maybe Saturday night, it has a live music outside at the stage provided. It's cool. I wanna come back someday there to find some peace, work, or recommend it to my people...

Beberapa hari lalu mampir ngopi pagi di Little Talk Coffee yang lokasi ada di Vida Bekasi daerah Bantar Gebang. Lokasinya ga begitu jauh dari pintu masuk Vida. Ini kunjungan kedua setelah terakhir ke sini tahun lalu. Little Talk ini adalah salah satu coffee shop di Bekasi yang buka pagi. Suasananya kayak bukan lagi di Bekasi. Sekilas kayak suasana coffee shop di Bandung. Adem banget di pagi hari dengan pohon yang rimbun di bagian kanan kiri dan belakangnya. Interiornya pun dibuat nyaman banget. Begitu masuk terasa dingin banget.

Menu yang ada di Little Talk ini lengkap banget. Mulai dari menu makanan cemilan, makanan berat dan juga ada menu coffee tentunya dan menu non coffeenya. Dari segi harga menurut saya lumayan mahal. Tapi dengan tampilan dan rasa makanan dan minuman yang disediakan worth the price banget.

Kemarin coba salah satu menu makanan beratnya yaitu Club Sandwich. Menu ini adalah menu sandwich yang isinya ada toast, smoked beef, telur, keju, tomat, timun, selada dan kentang goreng yang disajikan di samping sandwichnya yang ditata rapi banget. Harganya lumayan mahal sekitar Rp. 55.000. Tapi sebanding dengan porsi dan rasa yang disajikan. Club sandwich ini isinya 2 buah roti sandwich yang dipotong segitiga menjadi 4 potong. Toastnya renyah banget dan smoked beefnya gurih banget. Sayurannya juga seger banget. Pasti kenyang makan satu porsi sendirian. Untuk minumannya saya coba Black Tea yang harganya Rp. 27.000 disajikan di dalam cangkir.

Little Talk punya minuman signature. Salah satunya ada Short Black. Short Black ini menu baru dari Little Talk yang base nya adalah coffee digabung dengan vanilla dan sepertinya ada lemonnya. Rasa asam dan manisnya balance dan seger banget. Disajikan dengan cantik di dalam cup dengan batang sereh untuk mengaduk dan menambahkan wangi saat diminum. Satu lagi, saya coba minuman signaturenya Basil Smash, minuman yang punya hint daun kemangi. Menarik banget, minuman dengan rasa kemangi. Menurut saya rasa kemanginya ga terlalu kuat. Ada rasa asam yang juga ga terlalu berlebih dari lemonnya. Pas banget diminum saat siang hari.

Untuk menu yang manisnya, Little Talk punya menu Choco Melt Toast. Menu ini adalah menu toast dengan isian homemade chocolate sauce dengan melted mozza dan disajikan dengan vanilla ice cream. Awalnya ngira ini menu pasti manis banget karena ada cholatenya. Tapi ternyata setelah dicoba manisnya itu pas banget dan gak berlebihan. Toastnya kering dan renyah, isian chocolatenya teksturnya agak kental. Enak dimakan bersamaan dengan vanilla ice creamnya.

Dari segi pelayanan Little Talk ini bagus banget menurut saya. Buka jam 9 pagi dan langsung siap semua. Kondisi tempat sudah bersih, ruangan dingin. Barista sudah nongkrong di barnya siap melayani pengunjung. Fasilitasnya juga lengkap. Ada wifi, toilet dan mushola yang ada di area belakang. Dengan pelayanan seperti itu, pastinya bikin...
