Tekko Hypermall Bekasi — Restaurant in Kota Bekasi

Located at food court mega bekasi hypermall , first time tried to eat here and it was a pleasure experience. The ambience and decoration are cozy, The service was excellent, the waitress was friendly and did their best to great customer. And most importantly the food was delicious, each menus we ordered taste great, portion quite big, price was OK. Im shocked when i checked they only have 2,7 stars on google reviews although this place is better than...

Firstly, the atmosphere of the restaurant is quite comfortable, the place is quite spacious, the waiters on duty are also friendly towards customers.

Second, in terms of taste, the food did not disappoint at all, it was delicious & the portions were quite large.

Third, what I regret is the long serving time even though the restaurant was not too busy...

Kalau mau makan di tempat, sebaiknya sebelum makan seluruh wadah makan minum (piring, gelas, sendok) diperiksa kebersihan nya sebab kami diberikan gelas yang masih ada bekas lipstik nya padahal kami tidak satupun yang pakai lipstik 💄, kuatir nya kita tertular penyakit menular dari alat makan yang ada lipstik tsb karena kita baru sadar setelah selesai makan ada bekas lipstik 💄, dan secara handling complain pun dari pihak tekko juga kurang alias sangat buruk dari pihak manager nya saat kami makan siang tersebut pada hari Sabtu tgl 16 September 2023, yang anehnya kita komplen ke waitress nya tidak langsung di sampaikan ke pihak manager alias...
