WORST SERVICE EVER !!! NO MANNERS NO ETIQUETTE !!! OUR PARTY OF 10 CAME IN AROUND 2:30PM .. NOT KNOWING THE TIME THEY CLOSE NOR BEING INFORMED BY THE RESTAURANT MANAGER THAT THEY WERE CLOSE AT 4P. SAT DOWN AROUND 3P .. SERVER TOOK OUR ORDER 20 MNTS AFTER .. FOOD DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER 3:30P ISH .. 20MNT IN ENJOYING OUR MEAL ONE OF THE SERVER CAME IN GAVE US THE BILL WHILE OUR HANDS DIRTY WHILE EATING .. WE TOLD HER TO WAIT NICELY .. 20 MNTS AFTER SHE CAME BACK AGAIN WITH HER FRIEND W THE BILL .. AGAIN WE TOLD THEM NICELY WE WERE EATING STILL .. 3RD TIME SHE CAME WITH THE MANAGER, AGAIN WE EXPLAINED TO HER WERE EATING STILL .. THE MANAGER ASKED HOW LONG THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR US TO FINISHED OUR MEALS 🤦‍♀️ 4TH TIME THE SERVER CAME IN WITH THE OWNER THIS TIME, HE WAS SO RUDE BARGING AGGRESSIVELY TOWARD US .. ACCUSING US FOR REFUSING TO PAY INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR INTERRUPTING OUR MEAL. HE WAS SO RUDE AND YELLED AT US .. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF SERVICE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. WE SPENT OVER 1.3 MILLION RUPIAHS FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FOR BEING HUMILIATED AND BEING ACCUSED OF NOT HAVING MONEY WHILE MY WHOLE ENTIRE FAMILY MEMBERS WERE REGULAR CUSTOMER FROM GENERATION TO...

THE WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Our group of 10 came in at 2:30 PM, not knowing they close at 4 PM. No one informed us. We ordered by 3 PM, got our food at 3:30, and were enjoying it — only to be interrupted not once, not twice, but FOUR times by staff pressuring us to pay WHILE WE WERE STILL EATING.

It escalated to the point where the owner came and rudely confronted us, accusing us of not wanting to pay — which is not only false, but incredibly insulting. We had spent over 1.3 million rupiah and were longtime customers.

No restaurant in the world has ever treated us this way. They ruined our meal, embarrassed us, and failed to show even basic hospitality or manners. Absolutely unacceptable.

I don’t care how long this place has been open — this kind of behavior...

Located in Natar, Lampung, this unique restaurant serve one of the best fried fish eggs - a must try! It is well prepared and well seasoned, paired with warm bowl of rice - a perfect combo.

Other dishes were standard; taste good and is of good quality.

Overall ambience was good but the ponds inside the restaurant used to be more alive and clean.
