Warung Bu Kaji — Restaurant in Lumajang

For me this place bring back the old memories. My grandpa used to eat here.

The setup still the same, warung style mashed with restaurant. There's a lot of dinning table, but I like better the counter seating.

In this occation, I ordered Nasi Campur. The dish consists of nasi steam rice, telur egg, ayam chicken, sayur sauted veggie. The taste is classic east java, sweet yet savory, all balanced well.

For beverage, I order es dawet ~ ice with coconut milk, sweeten with palm sugar, mixed with rice flour jelly. Not the best I had, but still palatable.

Enak ini rawonnya. Porsinya lumayan dengan kuah rawon yang disajikan gurih + panas. Type rawon disini yang pakai potongan daging asli diatasnya. Dagingnya sendiri juga empuk dengan rasa bumbu yang mantab. Makanannya biasanya juga disajikan dengan olahan jeroannya seperti usus, babat, paru dll. Selain rawon ada juga menu nasi pecel dan nasi campur yang terlihat enak.

Restonya sendiri juga cukup bersih, parkiran cukup banyak pilihan. Dan pelayanannya juga cepat. Tempatnya cocok buat referensi makanan khas...
