it used to a cozy and comfort place to hang out but since was renovated everything is change. The cashier system isn't customer friendly. we should standing for queueing, it's really tiring. Not to mention while I'm ready to pay then informed our menu isn't available. I should shout to friend who waiting on the table to ask the other menu. The food is also dissapointing, the quality is decreased. Sorry to say, think I won't come back...

Their tagline is "the best place of good steak" well known place for affordable steak, a nice place to spend quality time with family or having lunch with your colleagues, I went there during lunch time working days, I still found free table and their service was quick, only few minutes from taking order until serving...

Decent price, portion and taste for Waroeng Steak & Shake in general. I forgot what I eat (because I ate here at 2019), but it's tastes good. Services were satisfying. The place was huge, clean, and comfortable. Recommended for all people who want to eat steak with limited budget.
