I never knew before that Malang has this kind of restaurant, a cozy place where you can order a five star hotel food, which interestingly has a distinct taste. The Mac n cheese is not that usual Mac n cheese you find in other place or you can make by yourself, but this creamy Mac n cheese enrich with truffle oil that surprisingly balance the milky taste, so what you get is light yet rich Mac n cheese. The nasi goreng is so flavorful, you could taste the Umami from seafood (shrimp & squid, and belacan if im not mistaken), with crispy tempura fried Nori. Some restaurant just can't make their nasi goreng right, but Signature's nasi goreng is a must have. I forget the name, but the bebek goreng (with aromatik white rice) is also delicious: bravo for the red onion pickle & cilantro that make this menu really magically exotic! The brisket, slices of super tender n tasty beef, with pome mashed (an elevated much better version of mashed potato) and chimichurri sauce is the star of our dinner! Never knew Malang would offer this kind of dish, thank you Signature! And please please try the croissants! So flaky and buttery!

The dessert looks so beautiful & complicated at the same time, like this lemon shaped ice cream - im sorry i forget the name - when you taste every part it taste good; but when you scoop everything all at once, it will blew your mind how every part of the dish complement each other: those tangy, sweet, salty, sour will burst in your mouth and wow. Definitely a hidden-gem for strong coffee and aesthetic cafe lovers on a very bustling Malang's main road!

First impression of this coffee shop from outside of the building might deceive you as it looks like a very high-end bar with a secretive door. But it is definitely just the unique design from the outside and its perfectly woody-minimalistic and aesthetic n the inside.

The coffee shop is on the second floor and you can see its main gate after going up from the singing lift. Although second floor is a non-AC space, but with Malang's air and good ventilation, it was pretty acceptable! [Their third floor is the AC floor btw!]

If you love your coffee extra strong, this place is definitely a must-go for you, because man that coffee is hella hella strong (even though I ordered an iced latte). For those who's stomach is kinda weak, I suggest just order any non-coffee beverage (hot choco was great too!)

Service was top of its game! They have so many staffs standby-ing to serve you anytime, and we got a complementary chips with their special tartar sauce.
