RM Bakar Rica Cab Paniki — Restaurant in Manado

I just had a family dinner in here at 8pm. It is frustrating to order.

Sitting area. There is no staff to manage the sitting system. When we arrived and asked where to sit, 3 staff that sitting in cashier said you can sit wherever you like. Which surprisingly unpleasant considering this place is quite fancy compared to the similar resto.

Difficult to order. Need to improve the waiter product knowledge and communucatiion. She came to our table 3 times just to confirm that our fish is not available, asking us to change the fish and turns out also not available too. She even forget to print one of our order.

Chaotic. This place is pretty chaotic and the staff looks overwhelmed. Underatand that this is a family restaurant, but I think the staff has right to ask the parent to discipline their child that yelled and running around considering this is an open space resto.

Overall, the food is ok but need to improve the waiting time.

Mediocre services, the order comes after nearly a hour.. not recommended for you guys who are starving to death or didnt have enough time to wait..

Also the price is too overpriced for a grilled seafood.. dont dine in here just go over to Manado instead and look for another restaurant..
