Rumah Makan Taliwang Bintaro Jaya — Restaurant in Mataram

I initially had reservations about this restaurant when our driver brought us here for lunch on the way to the airport. However, I couldn’t have been more wrong. The food exceeded expectations, from their specialty Ayam Bakar Taliwang to Plecing Kangkung, Tahu Goreng, and Cumi Goreng Tepung – all incredibly delicious. Highly recommended.

One area for improvement, and I’m uncertain if this is a common occurrence or specific to our visit, was the longer preparation time for the food, even though the restaurant wasn’t jam-packed. When we requested a quicker service due to our impending flight, the waiters explained that there was only one chef in the kitchen. Hopefully, this was just an unfortunate circumstance...

I came here because the restaurant had a good rating but the food and customer service quality were poor. The worker was unfriendly and snappy.The satay was very salty and the chicken was dry. Multiple items were not available from the menu. The tomato and lettuce were old and had dark spots that should have been removed beforehand. The mie goreng ayam was the worst I've had in Indonesia, just sweet chilli and noodles, indomi tastes better. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless everywhere...

There were 16 of us Service was slow, initially they send only one server to cater all of us, only when prompted they sent another one
