I hear that this place is TikTok famous. As a foreigner who does not have TikTok, I didn't know what to expect. The grounds are enormous, and there are small tables everywhere. All of then are outside. And then there are different small buildings scattered throughout the property, each selling different stuff (like one sells the drinks, another the food, etc.)
And boy, it was really crowded. We went on a Sunday evening, and apparently everyone else did as well. We found a table relatively quickly by jumping on one as its previous occupants left.
Getting coffee was really fast, and I did like the Kopi Nako. I got Kopi Nako Madu (honey).
Getting the food took FOREVER, though. We got the traditional Indonesian fare.
The property is away from a lot of places on the top of a mountain, and has a balcony with a view. However, Indonesia has so much smog (or mountain fog? Idk) you can hardly see anything. So I'm not sure if it's worth it for that.
The waiters were pretty attentive, hopping on empty dishes and cleaning tables quickly.
Overall, I can't say that I quite recommend this place. Maybe if there were less people, and the food was quicker. Again, though, the...
Read moreA comfortable and delicious place to relax, therefore as it was busy as I came, but there are things that left me disappointed.
the first time i come to KOPINAKO KEBUN JATI , On Monday at 16: 00 I came to visit kopi nako kebun Jati, starting from the parking area, the stall area of drink food makes all services and presentations fast even though it is very crowded until over load for his visit, Until I ordered coffee and snacks, KOPINAKO serves consistent coffee and doesn't change his joy, Because the condition is very fully, and I find it difficult to circle this place ± 10 minutes for me and the wife of the initiative to look for a seat in the beanbag area, On the bean bag area there using 1 table with ± 5 beanbags, I see a few visitors using only 2 bean bags, and I share the bag for more efficient use of the zero-wage area and sheet at the bean bag without table , but after 15 minutes I finally one of the staff reprimanded me not to use beanbag without table, i say to her like "what? Oh okee " , and he say "please find another place ", i feel like kick me out .
I hope there may be a clear T&C for using the area where the beanbag area , thank...
Read moreI first knew about this place from a tiktok video, and decided to go there at the weekend. We arrived at about 3-4 p.m, and it was PACKED. It was located in a quite remote area, yet tonnes of cars are coming in and out. The area inside was quite scenic. It's built around a forest with tall trees which gave some shade from the sun. The amount of people though, it was so crowded even walking around was hard. The food are sold separately in different huts with long lines on each of them. What frustrates me was the pace of service. Even though the dishes sold are rather "simple foods" (bakso only needs assembling and pouring broth, the sundanese spread are all cooked-served buffet style, and so on) the line moved very slowly. We qeued for an hour for the sundanese food, and 40 minutes for the bakso. The food was..so-so, it wasn't bad, but certainly not worth an hour of waiting. From the small talks that i made there, people came because it's a place that's hype at the moment, since a lot of them were first timers- just like me. Overall, it's a nice place to hangout at the weekend for my fellow burnt-out Jakartans, just if it's 80%...
