Teras Gadog — Restaurant in Megamendung

Hi people. I organized a event for a group at Teras Gadog and would like to share my experience with you.

First the location. Its an amazing place with a wonderful atmosphere. The main house that we used offers with its open and shadowed interior a cool place on a hot, Indonesian day. The surrounding garden, with its background sound of the brook, provides a very pleasant atmosphere. There are shadowed, quiet areas to enjoy a coffee, lot of places for kids to play around and even a pound with fish, that the children were allowed to feed. As for the practical matter, there is sufficient parking space even for bigger groups, as well as clean restrooms according to western standards.

Food. As a group we decided for one buffet with different components in order to satisfy different tastes and expectations. The food was served in time (although there was a delay in arrival time at the restaurant on our side), hot and in more then sufficient quantity. The quality and taste were very good. I have to admit, that the offered prices are also very convenient (compared to Jakarta).

The Staff. That can be described only as competent, friendly and helpful. The manager helped our group to organize transportation with buses and was present during the time of our event to support us. Thank You!

Conclusion. Teras Gadog is a great location. If it is only for a visit with your family on the way to Puncak or a group event like in our case. I can heartily...

Saya punya plant untuk membuat supprais birthday suami saya, saya mencari resto dengan konsep outdoor yg menyatu dengan alam. Akhirnya saya coba search di google dan menemukan resto ini. Awalnya saya pilih karna lokasi nya tidak jauh dr tempat tinggal saya dan sesuai dengan konsep yg saya inginkan. Dan saya langsung survai tempat untuk reservasi table, dr rumah saya berfikir restonya biasa saja , karna saya membaca beberapa ulasan pelanggan di google ada beberapa yg kecewa. Ulasan saya saat saya kesana : Rute Teras Gadog :

Untuk rutenya mudah -+15 menit dr pintu keluar tol puncak , jalan utamanya muat untuk 2 mobil. Dari gerbang masuk ke resto jalan lumayan terjal dan berbatu... Konsep Resto :

Begitu masuk ke dalam resto sangat terasa sekali desain seperti rumah desa tempo dlu dan di padukan dengan beberapa kolam² ikan. Ketika turun lebih kebawah ada beberapa fasilitas , seperti meja payung dan gazebo . Tempat yg paling menarik buat saya adalah meja payung karna posisinya paling ujung view sungai . Tp karna cuaca tidak memungkinkan akhirnya kami memilih gazebo. Menu Resto Nilai rasa dr 1 -10 menurut kami :

Kami sekeluarga 6 orang dan memesan beberapa menu : Main Course Mie Jawa (8) Mie Godog Ayam Ungkep (8) sambelnya mantul Nasi goreng kampung (6) karna dingin Dessert Pisang Goreng keju (5) karna pisangnya keras Tempe Mendoan (9) Pisang bakar (8) Singkong garic (9) Drink Macha Choco hot (7) Macha hot (7) Yakulada ice (9,5) recommend bangtz Kiwi ice tea (8) Lecci ice (7)

Pelayanan Terlebih dr itu semua saya sangat mengacungi jempol soal pelayananya.. semua waiters nya ramah² baik² sopan bangtz. Penyajian makananya juga cepat Good job untuk managernya (mas dana) Kembali ke topik tujuan saya kesini untuk memberikan suprais birthday untuk suami jadi saya. Saya meminta bantuan dan bisa di bilang sangat merepotkan waiters² disana tp mereka ttp melayani saya dengan baik. terutama waiters yg melayani saya dr awal (mba ayu). Terimakasih buat semua kru resto teras Gadog tanpa kru teras Gadog suprais birtday yg saya rencanakan tidak akan berjalan lancar ...

Found this place when we stayed at JSI Resort, when you arrived you immediately teleport to Bali, love the detailed ornament in every corner, this place is gorgeous, you can choose where to eat, whether at side of the river or a big table, we arrived at 7PM and we are the only costumer in this huge restaurant. they provide various menu, we ordered soto kuning bogor, the taste is on point and the meat is insanely tender, we also ordered tom yam and nasi goreng kampung-delicious, unfortunately the coffee is not to good. The price is quite affordable. Definetly will come back here if travel...
