KayuWatu Foodcourt N Cafe — Restaurant in Metro

There is no sign of Kayu Watu on the outside. So, better you search for the appearance online/ photos in the review so you will not missed it. The maps is quite precise.

The place uses the gazebo in nature concept. So, even though it is place in the town, you will find it comfortable and relaxing. The concept is like Saung Desa in Bandar Lampung or Kampung Daun in Bandung. Some of the gazebos are on high place, so it feels like tree house. Most of the gazebos are for 1-4 people, but there are bigger gazebo if you come with more companions. The place is a nice place to hang out.

For the food, the taste is so so. For me, the price is wort it for the atmosphere, not really for the food. For the bake rice, it is actually fried rice wrapped with banana...

Kemarin kesini untuk buka puasa berdua bareng temen, karena rumah jauh di Lamteng, jadilah kita reservasi via online.

Reservasi H-2 minta tempat makan di saung yang dibawah, setelah dateng, ternyata tempatnya lumayan kecil, tapi pilihan saungnya lumayan banyak ada yg dibawah dan ada yg diatas, suasananya asri, nyaman dan enak banget buat ngobrol santai.

Waktu reservasi udah dikasih foto menu buat pesen makan, jadi waktu kita dateng makanan udah mulai dicicil dianter ke meja kita.

Rasa makanannya gak mengecewakan, enakkk tapi bukan yg enak banget. Diatas standar dikit lah ya hehehe Tapi sambel rampai nyaaa behhhh manteb banget, enak banget, seger banget. Nasinya untuk berdua dikasih 1 bakul, cukuplah untuk porsi 2 orang. Ayam penyet, ayam bakar, lele bakarnya enak. Free sayur asem dan lalapan ya ges yaa.

Untuk harga sebetulnya agak lumayan mahal yaaa, untuk air es aja 1 gelas 4000, es teh 1 gelas 6000. Tapiii,, kalo aku pribadi gak masalah asalkan suasananya enak dan nyaman. Nahh ini tempatnya enak banget, jadi harga yang dibayarkan walaupun agak tinggi tetap masih worth it sih. Kemarin total habis 92.000 untuk berdua, menu yg dipesen nasi 2, es teh 2, es tawar 2, ayam bakar 1, lele bakar 1, ayam penyet 1, cah kangkung 1, jamur krispi 1.

Untuk yang mau bukber atau makan-makan bareng temen-temen bisa dicoba nih makan disini 😁

Nilai tambahnya lagi, pelayannya ramah-ramah.. Good lah pokoknya, kalo ke metro lagi kyknya wajib...

KayuWatu is a basic public foodcourt with a home-y touch. Their food was okay. What I had a problem with the most was the ants—they're everywhere! They got cute (stray?) cats to accompany you btw 🥺
