A&W Bandara Internasional Kualanamu Boarding Room — Restaurant in North Sumatra

Worse service ever. I purchase Mozza (burger+fries+ beverage) and i get the fries first. It was cold and i tell the cashier directly, and she was just ignorance. While waiting for my burger, i told to be seated and I did. The cashier did not handover me the receipt, i was thinking it could be because my order has not been complete, So I waited. Few minutes later i already see my burger is done, but the cashier was busy behind the counter, and i waited after been told she will serve to my table. But i was so hungry after my arrival from kuala lumpur,then I approached the cashier to get my food after 25 mins and i ask my receipt. Surprisingly eventhough its a package meal the price for the beverage is separated, they put in on the breakdown receipt with the diffrent price. So I asked. But she was giving me answer it was already in the pckage but we have to separeted the price, and incl tax. But no tax rundown on the receipt. I dont mind abt the price, but the service doesnt deserve star at all. The staff should be trained well....

Food poisoning alert. 4 of us ate here before an early morning flight...all 4 of us were violent ill afterwards. We all ate different things, so the only thing I could suggest is that the food had been sitting out far too long before we consumed it. We assumed that A&W would have similar standards across their chain of restaurants...very clearly, they do not. Staff was very friendly during our ordering process and the restaurant appeared to be tidy (directly opposite to other comments). If I were to eat here again (unlikely), I would only do so with a fully crowded restaurant to insure fresh...

Buyer and clients beware. Cashier tried to cheat customers money by charging more than what was ordered. I confronted the cashier and manager and demanded further explanation on the receipt. The manager (Mr Charles) tried to talk their way out.

It's only when I treathened to call the police for assistance, he returned us the balance. Although it is not a big amount, it is still wrong in principle.

Who would have thought? This happened at an international fast food chain at Medan's international airport!!!
