We've tried many types of roasted pork across countries in the region, and we think this is one of the best, if not best? roasted crackling pork. Twice deep-fried, the skin is very crunchy, but the meat and the fat remain juicy and tender. Both the meat and skin are marinated and have nice rich savoury taste, but they will not leave you needing water after eating it. Best eaten with warm, fluffy rice and combines really well with the sweet, sour pickled cucumbers. The green chilli condiment is like the locals' answer to chimmichuri, and it brings up the savouries of the pork to another level. We were so blown away, we brought back 2kg of the frozen pack.

The fried pork is crispy. Taste good. Worth to try. Try the andaliman sauces to fire your mouth😉 Ask for the red special sauces from the seller to make your porks advance to the next level😊. Bone marrow also available by request😀 There are also others menu for breakfast that taste good too. Come and enjoy Remember to reserve your portion as it runs out even before it open

[NON HALAL] Babi goreng terenakk se-Sumut sejauh ini saya rasa sih bagornya Rasa Sayang! Dagingnya tidak keras, sangat berasa, tidak tawar/anyep, kulitnya garing.. bahkan sambil ngetik juga bikin ngiler 😆 Kalo ada yg mau cobain, saya rekomendasi cocolnya pakai sambel andaliman + kecap manis nya dijamin jadi jauh lebih enakk!! Yang ada/suka makan pigblood nya juga boleh tuh dicampur ke cocolannya, enak pol! Ohya disini tuh juga ada ngasih sup beningnya ya, dan plis cobain yah. Karena ini sup BUKAN sembarang sup loh! Bukan sup biasa yang cuma asin doang, tp sup nya ini juga beneran wangi bgt bawang goreng dan daun sopnya + ada rasa2 kaldu nya gitu jg.. flavorful deh pokoknya. Ohya sebelum dateng kesini, ada baiknya RESERVASI dulu ya karena bagor mereka cepet bgt sold out nya. Untuk contactnya boleh dilihat di instagram mereka ya di @bagor_rasasayang . Lokasinya di daerah kota Kabanjahe dan tidak terlalu jauh dari pasar Brastagi, jadi kalo berkunjung ke daerah Brastagi, Kabanjahe dan sekitarnya, WAJIB datang kesini ya!!

Good restaurant for the fried pork (samcan goreng). The food sold out very fast during weekend, so please order ahead of time before going there. The location is located in a very crowded area near the market. So expect heavy traffic and traffic jam. Parking space will be a problem too. Limited to about 4 cars in front of the restaurant. Preferably you come in the same direction of the restaurant. Otherwise you have to do a U-turn which is hard in a limited road and...

They only sell one menu BaBi Goreng, it SOLD OUT very quickly! The TASTE is absolutely amazing! the crispiness of the Fried pork and also very juicy! you wouldn't want to miss this and you would want more.

The price is on the high side which is Rp. 45.000/ons at the time of posting.
