Resto Puncak Berastagi — Restaurant in North Sumatra

Went there with whole family for dinner. The restaurant looks nice from outside. We were seated at the outdoor area. There was lots of mosquitoes and the lighting was too dim. There was 2 guys karaoke-ing and they sounded awful. The waiter recommended an ayam kampung chicken dished cooked in chilli. Looking at the price we thought the serving should be big enough for 4 of us. Wrong! The chicken looks like from one piece of small thigh been stripped off. Serving was really small not even enough for one person!. Prices was outrageous. The gado-gado doesn't taste so good as well. All of us eat it and didn't even have energy to complain because we were so hungry. I was mad at the cashier, told her that I was not satisfied but the only thing she did was apologized. Feel like we were ripped off. AVOID THIS SHOP until they improve the quality...

Good services and very friendly waitresses. It's highly recommended if you're looking for halal Muslim cuisines in the Berastagi area.

The dishes taste good and balanced. The environment is comfortable with nice decorations.

They provided sufficient and large parking spaces compared to other regular restaurants in the surrounding.

Price wise may be a little bit higher compared to the surrounding area, but personally, I think it's worth it for the food , services, and facilities provided.

Will be visiting again if I come to berastagi again...

Went 3 to 4 times eating at this restaurant. The 3 first times it was nice. But the last time was absolutely disgusting with a fish that was already rotten, and they didn’t want to accept it was rotten, and forced us to pay for it even though we didn’t eat it.

I see they did some renovation. So I hope quality has changed. But for me, I will never come there again. When something is rotten and you can smell it, there is no point on forcing telling the exact opposite and force people to pay for it...
