Extremely Disappointing Dining Experience
I recently had the most disgusting meal of my life at your establishment, which I was taken to by a local tour guide for lunch. I ordered a coconut, and it was immediately apparent that it was spoiled. After taking half a sip, the sour taste was overwhelming, and I promptly informed the waiter, requesting a refund and take off for the coconut. However, they insisted it was fresh, arguing that since it was among a pile of "fresh" coconuts, it had to be fresh. What kind of logic is this?
To make matters worse, when it came time to settle the bill, I was charged for the spoiled coconut despite not consuming it and not being informed beforehand. As a restaurant, you should ensure the quality of your food. Forcing customers to pay for spoiled items is pure exploitation! If a customer were to suffer from diarrhea after consuming spoiled coconut, would the restaurant bear the responsibility for their loss?
There was a man in a yellow shirt with "Bali Nature" written on it who, upon learning where I was from, treated me even more outrageously. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was still forced to pay part of the bill. The food was not only overpriced but also incredibly unpleasant.
This experience has significantly tainted my impression of Nusa Penida Island. This is, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I've ever had. Your establishment has single-handedly ruined my trip....

I am quite surprised that this restaurant was 4 star rated when it should have 0 stars. This was part of the Nusa Pedina Day Trip package we booked as a "Lunch Buffet" - well that sounds really nice, doesn't it?
Firstly, this restaurant gave us food poisoning and ruined our last day of the trip. After eating the "Lunch Buffet", one of my friends vomitted on the way back to Bali and one by one, the rest of us got sick during the night/the next day. Our last day was completely ruined as we could not even walk properly due to the food poisoning.
Secondly, a slightly minor issue that you will have noticed if you ate here - the food is really bad. Examples include the Chicken Schnitzel. There were 2 pieces that were so damn small that either will not be larger than the lens of spectacles. I had no images of the Schnitzel but I ate the vegetarian fried rice, which has an additional ingredient in it - a bee. The vegetarian fried rice was super oily and salty with little to no vegetables in it. Lastly, the tea was too damn sweet.
Overall, please do not eat here for your own health's sake. Or if part of your Klook Nusa Pedina Day Trip package, do think twice about eating the "Lunch Buffet" and maybe bring...

This place survives only because tour agencies bring their clients here for lunch. The food is absolutely terrible. I ordered French fries (paid extra for them) and they were so greasy it was hard to eat. Their national dish, mie goreng, was the worst I’ve ever had. The chicken satay was equally awful – I honestly have no idea how they managed to make it taste that bad. It feels like no one in the kitchen actually knows how to cook, nor do they care to learn.
Save yourself the disappointment – there are far better places...
