McDonald's — Restaurant in Padang

I dont remember paying for this dirty cut for french fries. Not just one but three! God forbit if i ate more bcs whow expect their fries to be this bad? Why dont you separate this ugly looking fries? Does this seems ok to served this kind of fries to customer?

And takes 25 mins to waiting in line just to ORDER. From 3 just 2 section available to order. Its freaking waste of time just standing in line.

Does any SOP exist? Or SOP from java and sumatera is different? Because i never experience this kind of bad McD in there. PLEASE FIX YOUR SOP MANAGEMENT!!!

And also, is it usual for u to not give any napkin/ tissue? I think i still got it last month. And there is no sauce as well and i am dine in!

A 24-hour fast food restaurant

Positives: well it opens 24 hours, good location (quiet area near the city center), has free wifi for the customer (just ask for the password from the staff), has mini play ground for kids.

Negatives: a little bit pricey (compared to others of similar standards in Padang), not enough tables for group of more than 4 person especially inside the restaurant (there are plenty outdoor table, but I can't stand the heat of Padang weather), poor wifi...

Probably this is the worst McD in the world.

When I queued up they said the computer has problem. When I looked at the screen it was windows update. I waited for 30 minutes for nothing. They have no initiative to take the order manually. The staff prefered to chat & jokes around with their friends. When the computer has done updating, they started to take the order, and I have to wait for another 20 minutes for a simple hash brown.

Fast food = 50...
