Make sure that you understand what you order. They didn't tell me that the menu Soup Merapi was spicy, or that we could order something that was not spicy. The waitress didn't ask us which one we prefer and just straight up gave us the spicy soup, it was spicy as hell. When I complained, they didn't even say sorry. Small parking space. Not suitable for family or little ones as everyone was welcomed to smoke outside or inside the building. Again, make sure to double check the menu. It says that we could order 3 tartlets, but when I asked, the waitress said that we have to order minimum 6 tartlets. Read moreD’Padukan is a family resto managed by Indoguna. I always went to Indoguna if I crave for steak, so out of curiosity I came here with my family. Located 20 kms from the city D’Padukan will serve you homecooked meals and homemade pie. I ordered nasi campur (40k rupiah), my daughter had Mie Sleman (35k) and Husband had Nasi Goreng Kambing (65k) and We had pies for dessert. The food was good, I liked my husband’s meal better, the lamb chop was really good. 2nd floor has open space with rice field scenery but we went there at midday so we couldnt enjoy the place. I would love to comeback again...

We ordered apple & cinnamon pie which I really liked, calamary (also good), and chicken grill with mushroom sauce (the chicken is tasty but the sauce is quite bland, maybe you could pick another option for sauce to make the food more enjoyable). Overall, it is a recommended place to relax and have a good time. I suggest to bring jacket if you're planning to go for dinner because the weather was getting cold...
