The waitress really low motivated. All of them are very likely to be low paid....when you want something, you got to talk to the manager to get it done. We've been asking more than 5 times to bring us "sambal"....and until we finished eating, nothing is coming.....the foods are supposedly good,.but without sambal terasi. All is tasteless, smells bland....i wouldn't go there anymore with relatives or family.... it's just like eating at warteg, not restaurant. You are not treated well...just provided with what they got, enjoy it or leave. And the durstion for them to provide the menu also more than average..this restaurant very seemingly showing they're cutting budgets of the kitchen as well....low speed while there's only 3 tables eating at that time.....the fried squid also presented plain, like calamari which is round, while most restaurants will cut it straight,.which is more prestigious and prolong as the theme....unless they're Japanese restaurant, or Chinese cuisine which commonly serving it round.....need lots of...

The place is comfortable and clean to eat with your partner, family or friends. The atmosphere is very calm and the interior design is rather unique. The variety of seafood dishes is quite diverse: shrimp, squid, crab and fish cooked using various methods and sauces. But there are also non-seafood dishes, such as fried onion chicken that customers here are quite fond of.

The taste of most dishes we ordered was average and standard. However, the crispy squid was delicious and crunchy. Excellent... The price was a bit on upper scales for the taste and the portion of dishes we had. The waiting time from ordering food until served on our table was also quite long. And, waiters needed to be more attentive to customer needs. Parking space was a bit limited, and could be problematic...

This is one of the newer, better known restaurants in Palembang with outside open-air seating arrangement. It is considered one of the better restaurants to take out-of-town visitors. My second time to visit and both are being guests. The food is average at best, but the service was terrible! We had to repeat some of our orders more than twice to ensure they are served. We ordered a beer but was only served almost 30 minutes later and only after the waiter was being reminded twice. One of our dishes was only served after the dinner was completed. The restaurant appears not having the capabilities to turn out the dishes fast enough when it has many dinners. To me that is a huge...
