Come on! Why did my second visit here be so bad. My first visit here is a 5 star. But my second visit is really bad. The first visit here are amazing! The service is good, the steak tastes amazing, it even improved from way before (more than a year ago) and the food came fast even though the place is very crowded. And my second visit collide with my birthday. It was not crowded and the service is still excellent. As like before we ordered. But the food was not served as fast as before. Very tasty & soft well-done beef steak. Seems mixed of very good quality of Australian beefs & very well choice of spices. However, when the restaurant is too crowded, the waitress/waiter seems not pay attention so much on her/his promise to the customer, especially for non-reserving one, what a surprise! The atmosphere is a bit hot in ground floor but the upper floor is colder. Please improve for those two points as mentioned before. I had rib eye and would say it is quite worth it though you can't expect much of the taste because of the snacky feeling you familiar with 😅, yeah the spices is not really exclusive for the one who knows the differences well.
