This Sate Padang (minangese satay) is always recommended by friend know about food in Pekanbaru. It is located in busy city centre of Pekanbaru. That is why rather difficultr to find parking place.

This restaurant is apparently always crowded and the atmosphere is hot during meal time. But the service is fast and the price is affordable.

Varieties of satay is their signatur dish. We can choose beef, chicken, or goat meat satay with peanut, soy, or padang sauce. Love the kuah sate padang, really tasteful! Meat is tender.. six stick per plate.

Sate ayam kuah kacang also not bad, the kuah is sweet and savoury. Sate ayam bit dry but still okay for me.

Paired with es teh and kopi dingin.. please request for less sugar as normal sugar/milk is too sweet for me.
