Teako Ramen & Sushi — Restaurant in Pontianak

Not gonna lie, I didn't know what i was expecting. But even so, it was a very bad experience eating there. First off, the employees are not really friendly and although the theme is Japanese restaurant, nothing matches the ambience of a Japanese restaurant especially from the employees that just blast a full on music volume that came from what seems to be a phone in the cashier. For the food its a 3/10 from the taste and freshness of the food. The chicken on the ramen tastes like its spoiled and the tuna of the sushi didn't have any juice in it. Not even the seaweed for the sushi was fresh because it was so soggy. The curry seemed like its been cooked 3 days before. You can see from the potatoes' colour that it has absorbed the curry and looks very dry also very soft. So it is very obvious that NONE OF IT IS FRESH and some are probably past the expiration date. I order mayo katsu but the mayo taste and smell like it's already spoiled, so i tell them and they take it without say anything let alone apologies nor smile and then changed it to a new one. The mayo on the katsu finally taste like ok mayo but when i taste the salad, its the same spoiled sauce like before. So i let them know, without intention of wanting to get new food again because i just think that they really need to know for their own sake. Also it's just a lil salad on plate.
