Bale Roso Resto — Restaurant in Prambanan

Not recommended at all! We just came back from Tebing Breksi and because a very hard rain our clothes soaked and muddy. We were four peoples with two motorcycles. We wanted to have lunch in a place where it provide mushola. So our nearest choice is here. But what a worst experience! First, when we came no waiter welcomed us and showed us our table instead the other customer was got those services. After we wait 10 minutes no waiter came to us to give menus. After we asked then a waitress came. But she didn't have good knowledge about the food. We asked but didn't got good explanation. Then after 15 minutes we waited the food still not arrived. Nevertheless the other tables which arrived later than us got full serving of the food already! When we asked they said, "the food is still being cooked". Hello, guys please.. why the other tables got their servings first? Then we waited again about 5-10 minutes still no food. We asked again then the waitress said "sorry but the fu yung hai needs long time to cook". Then 5 minutes later got our serving but minus ayam saos lada hitam. They said the fu yung hai took long time to cook but arrived first instead ayam saos lada hitam came later. And i heard the other table order ayam saos lada hitam too but they got it first! Then we order another drink which was kelapa muda gula putih but the one came to us was kelapa muda gula jawa. What? When we said we order gula putih then the waiter said "it is wtitten gula jawa table 31". My friend was really tired to argue so just let him be. The one is at fault is the waitress who took our orders, she wrote the order wrongly! Then when we pay our meals they (again) made mistake. We order ayam lada hitam but the cashier bill us with sapi lada hitam which price higher then we said we didn't order that. Then it changed to something else which still we didn't order and the price still higher. Oh God, it will be my first and last to come here. And the fu yung hai taste is so so... i could cook it faster...

Bale atau balai artinya adalah gedung atau rumah. Baleroso bisa diartikan rumah rasa. Nama yang cocok, karena di tempat ini anda bisa menemukan berbagai kelezatan rasa dari berbagai macam menu yang tersedia. Terdapat berbagai olahan ikan air tawar, ayam, daging, dan kerang. Oh iya, tahu tempe juga ada. Pilihan minuman juga cukup banyak.

Saya sudah mencoba gurame krispi asam manis mereka. Krispinya juara banget sampe ke duri-durinya. Bumbu asam manisnya juga seger. Untuk menu sayurannya saya memilih sayur genjer. Jika anda asing dengan genjer, ini bisa menjadi perkenalan yang menyenangkan dengan jenis sayuran ini, karena disini daun genjernya dimasak dengan baik sehingga terasa gurih. Tak lupa tahu dan tempe goreng melengkapi sajian pesanan kami kemaren.

Untuk minuman, es teler dan jus alpukat menjadi pilihan kami. Kondimen-kondimen es telernya lengkap loh... dan semua fresh. Sedangkan jus alpukatnya... gelasnya kecil sih, tidak seperti gelas jus yang lazim dipakai penjual jus yang lain, tapi sangat pekat dan 99% alpukat, 1%nya lagi susu coklat.

Tersedia tempat yang luas dan nyaman untuk acara rapat maupun acara makan-makan keluarga besar. Meski interior cenderung monoton tapi kebersihan tempatnya sangat bagus. Di bagian kanan setelah pintu masuk terdapat mushola yang cukup luas dan bersih.

Kesimpulannya, harga mahal plus pajak 10% yang anda bayar di sini sepadan dengan rasa masakan yang tidak mengecewakan serta suasana nyaman dan fasilitas yang bisa anda dapatkan. Buat saya pribadi, meski menguras kantong, restoran ini nggak bikin kapok lah, suatu saat masih mau lah kalau diajak balik lagi. Apalagi digratisin, Hehe.
