We ordered Bebek Sambirejo and Iga Prambanan (beef ribs). We also ordered Pisang Goreng Pawon, Orange Juice, and Pineapple Juice. In addition, ordered a birthday cake for a birthday person.
Bebek Sambirejo is duck marinated in special spices, wrapped in banana leaves and cooked on a brazier. It's served with white rice, sauteed cassava leaves or fresh vegetables, chili sauce, and crackers.
