I am the customers from Sanctoo suites & villas hotel whose get the recommendation and voucher free entering to Flamingo beach club. Before we decide to visit the place we checking the information about that place into the internet The place it's beautiful with the pool ocean viewed.

When we went to this place, I have no doubt with this place, good view and relaxing with family. But We are quite disappointed with the services especially from the sales person name is Agung.

We are coming with 7 people (5 adult and 2 children's) 3 out of 7 my Family member coming from England. We decided to have a sit on the canopy closed to the pool. The sales person coming to telling us, If we used the canopy we need to spend our money minimum 1 millions. It's has been surprising us due to We got the info from the Sanctoo Hotel it's free enter and no minimum spend for us. The person still argue with us and asking us to follow their rule. To be honest as new customers and get recommendation from the Hotel we don't know what is the agreement between the hotel and the Flamingo beach clubs and that's not our business as well to know. What we want only to enjoyed our new year holiday.

To short story, we are ok with their rule since we are coming with family 7 people compared with the menu price their selling our consume will be over then 1millon which not an issue with us. However the sales person give us the additional information if we use the canopy we only get 2 free towels. We are asking to add 2 free towels because 2 towels free is not enough for 7 people. The sales person refuse us and asking us to paid the additional 2 towels with cost IDR 50.000. The way he talk and explain to us is not very professional especially he is the sales person front line whose communicated to the customers. This make us disappointed again and decided to canceled everything and continuing our trips.

This is bad experience we are facing, and definitely We would not interesting to visit the Flamingo beach clubs...
