We had the pleasure of spending a truly exceptional day with our family at the Moonstone Beach Club. From the moment we approached the entrance, we were filled with anticipation for what awaited us. Perfectly situated on a tranquil beach, the venue felt like a slice of paradise, warmly introduced with a friendly smile.
Every detail had been thoughtfully curated—from the layout and furnishings to the overall atmosphere—creating a space where we genuinely felt we had discovered something special. Even the restroom facilities were notably well-maintained and stylish. The property offers a variety of distinct areas, each providing remarkable views and comfort.
The service was outstanding; the staff were attentive throughout, and the manager personally checked in to ensure we were satisfied. We chose to stay for dinner, and we are immensely pleased that we did. The meal was exquisite, a clear reflection of the pride and care the chefs place in their craft. We ordered the Meat Platter for Two, and each component was masterfully prepared and full of flavour.
We asked our gracious hostess, Ratna, to extend our compliments to the chef. To our delight, the chef personally came to our table to greet us. Without a doubt, this has been the most memorable experience we have had during our travels throughout Bali over the past few months.
The team at Moonstone Beach Club deserves the highest praise for their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. We eagerly look forward to returning.
We wholeheartedly encourage others to visit the Moonstone Beach Club and enjoy a day of true relaxation and elegance.
Our sincere thanks to the entire team for the outstanding care and service we received today. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.
Kindest regards, Sarah & Joris...

Moonstone Beach Lounge is a relatively new spot, but it’s already one of the most impressive beach lounges I’ve visited in Bali. The staff are highly professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
The design of the lounge is beautiful and well thought-out, featuring a large swimming pool perfect for swimming or just relaxing by the water. There are plenty of seating options to suit different moods and group sizes — from the lounge area, sunken pool, and sunken pond, to the sunset lounge, bean bags, restaurant area, and day beds. Most areas don’t require a minimum spend, except the day beds, which have a 350k F&B minimum.
For bigger groups, the sunken pool area is great, while couples looking for a quieter, more intimate space might prefer the sunset lounge. The atmosphere is calm but stylish, with a live DJ and traditional flute performance adding a unique touch in the late afternoon.
The food and drinks are delicious and varied — definitely high-quality, though the prices are on the higher side. One highlight is their signature dish, Gurame Bamboo, which is personally presented by the chef, making it a memorable experience.
Although there's no direct sunset view, the sky in the evening is still stunning with soft reflections of the sunset colors. Access is easy via a wide road, with a dedicated parking area for Moonstone guests. From there, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the lounge.
Overall, a fantastic experience — perfect for a relaxing day out by the beach with a...
Read moreWe lounged at the 2nd floor Cabana, which was 350k per person. It did not have direct pool access but we had a great view. The staff were professional and accommodating.
The food was delicious! We ordered the Grilled Meat platter (requested to change the pork to chicken and they were able to cater our request) all the meats was exceptional! We also had the Caesar Salad, Pepperoni pizza, Margherita pizza and Cajun Parmesan fries - all excellent. The Barramundi pesto was I guess not as tasty as the other dishes, but still good.
It was great for most of our stay, even though it was super windy we had a great time lounging there for most of the afternoon - until a bunch of people showed up.
Apparently there was an event maybe a kids talents show or performance. So lots of kids running around and in the pool. Sadly the parents were not able to differentiate the changing rooms with the toilets so the toilet floor was wet because parents would take their children to change and shower there (there was no shower in the toilet - but saw a mother wash her daughter’s hair in the sink of the bathroom!).
My suggestion would be to provide more changing rooms - there were only 3 showers in the changing room. And since the place was packed with people, there was a long queue between people wanting to shower and wanting to change into their bathers (hence maybe the above mentioned mother used the toilet instead to avoid the queue?).
We left as soon as we can as it was too crowded.
I suggest going there on a weekday to avoid crowds and events. But if that is your vibe then...
