Bumi Kayom — Restaurant in Salatiga

last and never come back for second time, especially the waiters trying to pissing me off. first of all i kinda felt sus one of the waiters questioning abt my caffe latte , he said “ do you want a sugar on it?” but well ya it wasn’t big deal to me, and then i waiting my orders for like an hour that doesn’t even come and i asked the waiters and they keep said “be patient” and i can’t control my emotions at all afterwards. i orders multiple food and drinks and i knew the restaurant are quite expensive and i thought that i’ll got well served but unfortunately it’s NOT! and when i complained abt my orders the waitress just stood besides me and do nothing and yapp “ im just waiters , i don’t know”. i don’t think that’s the best respond when the customers complaint wasn’t? Furthermore, me and my fam decided to leave and trying to pay what do we got first but the cashier said we don’t have to paid ( we only got the drink).

idk how to explain my experience cuz it was really terrible to me especially im from solo and need approximately 1-2 hours to arrive in salatiga, and i barely realize that my effort to be here wasn’t WORTH IT AT ALL (by the food , drinks, snacks,etc)

the best advice to you , please increase and fix the human resources of your employer so they can think which one it’s bad and which one its good. Omg felt like i talked with 8 yo boy who still innocent and fool

This is my worst place I ever had. The hospitality is awful.. the Guest Relation Teams are miss coordinate. I am very dissapointed to come.

When I called the premises, Guest Relation Officer told us that we can come walk in. Didn't have to reserve. But you know what? When I came, they said that I had to reserve 1 day earlier. And when we're complaint about the matter, they reach some seats for us. But again, another Guest Relation Officer told us to moved to another seat inside. Then again.. and again miss coordination happened between their teams. We had to back to the previous seat we seated.

In that point we're so dissapointed, make us decided to leave the premises.

Ohh.. as an additional dissapointment, their social media team and their security teams were the same worst as their Guest Relation Officers.

I am really not recommend this place to come, if their hospitalities and their staff attitude not being upgraded shortly. It's to shame with their good venues, they can't have good attitudes and hospitalities between...

Bumi Kayom consists of several restaurants, villas and cafes that are integrated in one place that is very comfortable, natural, cool, lots of trees, spacious and there are lots of seats for family chatting, colleagues for discussion groups or for outbound activities. The location is near the city of Salatiga which is quiet, clean and comfortable. It is important to pay attention to access to Bumi Kayom, a narrow, curve road and between community houses. The choice of food and drinks is very much according to our tastes.
