Very sorry to change my review, I bought a mineral water, and I requested the cold one. But the staff mentioned that the fridge was problem so they can't provide the cold mineral water, and therefore I've requested ice cube, then they gave me the ice cube not in the cup but they use the cover of their cup... How to drink it... It's not only disgusting... But it's no way to drink with it....

H-1 sebelum lebaran mampir sini karena sudah pada tutup semua. Pesen makanan di grab pada tutup juga (pesan di tempat makan yang berbeda bukan McDonald's ya). Mau gak mau cari sarapan di McDonald's. Ada yang berubah lho di McDonald's, sudah agak lama sih perubahannya. Awalnya bingung tapi lama kelamaan sudah mengerti. Kalau mau pesan makanan di McDonald's menggunakan layar sentuh di dekat pintu masuk/keluar untuk meminimalisir antrian panjang (khusus pembayaran kartu kredit, debit, shopee, OVO, dan lain-lain), tetapi kalau pembayarannya menggunakan uang tunai bisa langsung pesan di kasir dan makanan langsung bisa dibawa. Pemesanan menggunakan layar sentuh: 1. Melakukan pemesanan 2. Melakukan pembayaran di tempat (scan barcode) 3. Ambil nomor meja di bawah layar sentuh 4. Tunggu makanan di meja yang kalian pilih 5. Makanan dan minuman yang dipesan akan diantar oleh petugas McDonald's Disana juga ada tempat bermain untuk anak-anak (sepatu/sandal dilepas ya). Kalau saya lebih suka pesan lewat drive thru, bisa makan dirumah atau makan sambil dimobil hehehe..

This place is near to Juanda airport (both T1 and T2). As another McDonald's, this place conducts tight health protocols such as Pedulilindungi apps to enter, temperature check, and handsanitizer station. It has outdoor seating area so it will feel safe during this pandemic. The system is also good by using the self-order. The staff is so responsive.
