when I came into, I saw a large roasting machine beside their bar, they put it outside the room! and then I realise that's just for their gimmick because their actual roasting machine is in another place.

I order a manual brew coffee from origin toraja, but they also have local filter coffee from north sumatra, west java, central java and from east java. I think its a hangout place for local millenials but I love the table bar for the guess.

The place is a bit hidden in an area that is not so popular. But it was easy to find. The café itself is very simple. Not typically those fancy cafe. They have various coffees and sometimes they mix the coffees. The barista is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lost in Coffee di Jl. Dewi Sartika ini udah jadi tempat langganan gw dari dulu, terutama buat kopi pagi. Suasananya tenang dan nyaman, cocok banget buat ngopi sambil mulai hari. Salah satu alasan gw rutin ke sini karena mereka punya promo kopi pagi, jadi selain nikmat juga hemat.

Menu andalannya jelas: Kopi Mas Heru — kopi susu gula aren yang creamy, bold, dan punya aftertaste yang enak banget. Rasanya tuh pas, nggak terlalu manis tapi tetap nendang. Kalo lagi pengen kopi yang lebih ringan dan segar, gw pilih kopi Japanese mereka. Segar, clean, dan seimbang. Cocok buat pagi-pagi yang butuh kesegaran tapi nggak terlalu berat.

Yang bikin beda, baristanya bukan asal bikin kopi. Mereka ngerti teknik manual brew, jadi buat yang suka V60, Japanese, atau Vietnam drip, di sini tuh beneran dilayanin sama yang ngerti. Rasanya konsisten dan berkualitas.

Tempatnya nggak terlalu besar tapi cozy, dan pelayanannya ramah banget. Cocok buat nongkrong sebentar, bawa kerjaan, atau sekadar menikmati kopi sambil santai. Buat para pecinta kopi di Semarang, Lost in Coffee ini...
