Ayam Goreng Suharti — Restaurant in Serpong Utara

First thing I saw upon entering was the lack of free tables, apart from a table in the corner left with dirty dishes still on it. It wasn't a problem, but I found it rather unpleasant that the waiter asked us to wait in another group's seat as they get the table cleaned instead of informing us that there were empty tables upstairs, which made it extremely awkward. The food itself wasn't too bad, the Soto I had ordered was okay, and the ayam goreng kremes was decent. My dissatisfaction lies in the es campur, it was just a mix of cut fruits with condensed cocopandan milk. It wasn't all that bad at first, but I slowly noticed they also added chocolate milk inside, which I personally found to be unmatching with the fruits and consistency of the drink itself. Another dissatisfaction I had was with the papaya leaves, which was very bitter and inedible in my stand point. For a restaurant that has been around since before i was born. Surprisingly i've only been eaten here for 2 times. And during my two times, their signature fried chicken tastes pleasantly the same across the other Ayam Goreng Ny. Suharti branch. We truly respect their commitment to maintain their recipe and taste quality especially since the pandemic when people don't dine out as much.

The place feels very old, rusty and vintage. And somehow a bit eerie because it is not well lit. However, it is well maintained and clean enough for you to dine comfortably.

Nice and cozy restaurant. It's a bit claustrophobic but the environment and colors are very vibrant. The restaurant adapts the feeling of indonesian vintage. The food is very good, the fried chicken is the best in the region and it has a wide variety of food and drinks. The hospitality is pretty decent. It's usually not crowded in the restaurant. It has many facilites, the restaurant has running faucets, a toilet, an accessible cashier, and an upper floor. The toilet is pretty clean. I come here a lots of times and everything is constantly good. It's a no smoking restaurant and a trolley to serve the well prepared food. The food is affordable and worth it, a delightful and delicious and well seasoned. Side dishes are also a big thing here.
