Terrible service, even for Indonesian standards. Just god awful. For starters, when I entered I waited for five minutes at the counter as there was no staff present. Eventually I went to the kitchen and found the barista sat in the kitchen nongkrong with the cook. A bad omen.... I ordered the English breakfast, which they couldn't make as they were out of English muffins and beans (this happens, I wasn't upset) so I ordered the open face brisket sandwich. I sat down outside in the smoking section and waited for 35 minutes before I decided something was afoot. I asked the mas where my food was and he went and grabbed it from the "window". It was brought to me ice cold. When I said this was unsuitable he shrugged and said "ok". It was brought back to me 90 seconds later. I asked of it was microwaved and Mas replied proudly that it was. I told him that isn't what I wanted, that I wanted it remade. He looked lost and just stood there, food in hand looking at me. I acquiesced and ate the disgusting, soggy hard egg and bread.
