Another bad experience with this restaurant. Ordered a fried gurami, received yet another not freshly fried gurami (already cold and soggy)

Used to be a very nice and delicious restaurant with a wide range and diverse choices of menu (fresh water fish, seafood, chicken, beef, various vegetables, and traditional foods and drinks) but when it became more famous and well known, several things started to change.

And recently I have a bad experience when I bought food for takeaway during the Ramadan. I came around 15.30 PM, and they posted an announcement saying that no takeaway order after 16.00 PM. But when I ordered they said that only 2 kind of menus (roasted Gurami and fried Gurami fillet) available to be ordered for takeaway. When I asked why I can't order another menu the customer service didn't provide me with a reasonable answer, they only said that "only those 2 menus available, so take it or leave it", with a sour face and sarcastic smile, I also overheard that they've been cooking a lot of orders for the fully reserved restaurant that day. I decided to order one for each of the 2 available menus, and guess what? It's already cooked and on the boxed package. When I got home the food were already cold and the roasted Gurami is overcooked and burnt.

So in short : Food quality and quantity : 4/5 Prices : 3/5 Place : 3.5/5 (when its not crowded) Customer service : 2/5 (used to be 4/5 when they still not...

👍 The menu provided is very large. You will be confused in choosing because it seems that all the menus are very worth ordering. 👍 You can find seafood menus, such as shrimp, squid, crab, and fish. Then there is also a menu of chicken, and various kinds of vegetables. I personally highly recommend the honey sauce crispy prawns. You won't be disappointed 👍 For the price, I can't say cheap. But the money spent is quite appropriate for good food here 👍 It's perfect for dining with family or friends. Because the portion is intended for family meals 👍 Very satisfied with the taste of the food here. Next time for sure I will come back. Thank you for a pleasant and satisfying...

Suka banget sama menu di sini Highly Recommended kalo kalian lagi pengen suasana kumpul hangat dengan temen kerja atau keluarga, bisa pilih menu paket Gurameh +Ayam untuk 5 orang165 sudah include Tempe Tahu, Nasi Bakul, Es Teh, Trancam, gak nyesel pilih Gurameh Bakar Pedas Manis nya nagih banget bumbu nya Gurameh nya juga high quality, sangat fresh. Digoreng dulu, jadi sangat crispy, sampe2 ga rela nyisain nya hehe. Ayam nya kemaren pake saus lada hitam, enak banget juga. Banyak menu lain yang jadi pengen diicip2 karena sesuai namanya, Baleroso mengedepankan rasa sih, bumbu nya ga itu2 doang, dan ketemu rasa baru tiap olahan nya, jadi saya gak ragu lagi kalau mau cobain menu yang lain besok. Di menu ada juga yang ada gambar Bintang yang sudah direkomendasi. Soal harga saya dapet referensi memang agak mahal dari Bale Bebakaran, tapi menurut saya ini lesehan dengan citarasa terbaik di Jogja. Good service, begitu kami datang walau hanya berempat langsung dipersilahkan dan diantarkan waittress ke tempat yang kami inginkan. Kita beli paket 1 Gurameh dan tambahan jus dan tumis kangkung. Makanan yang kami pesan tadi cuma perlu waktu menunggu kurang dari 20 menit walaupun sedemikian ramai. Besok akan datang kembali...
