RED BRICK CAFE — Restaurant in Sukabumi

I have a bad experience in this cafe. We booked for a family lunch of a 20 person. But they give us bad servicea. When I ordered I asked the waiter which drink can I get free refill. The waiter answered that milk coffee and various tea. So I ordered hot milk coffee and hot tea but the waiter reply that only ice milk coffee can be refilled so I change it to ice milk coffee.

Unfortunately when I asked for an refill for ice coffee they denied it. So lesson learn here this cafe is a liar. So don't trust someone who lied to their customer. Avoid this cafe and find someplace who give good service and not lied to customer...

Atmosphere is noisy. Either inside-music too loud or outside next to the car wash. Outside you get also annoyed by ppl smoking ALL the time. Food was ok. Just dont understand why I was asked how i would like to have my steak (medium) when it came out (well) done. Prices are ok for those surroundings. Staff is very polite. Napkins on the table would be nice to have.

Also dont understand why they open at 9:00 when the kitchen needs to prepare until 9:30. Change the opening hrs to 9:30 then. Variety of food selection is good. Restrooms are nice and...

At first you would be sceptical of the place since it looks to be in an autoshop. Nearly thought google was giving the wrong address. The first downslope was rather steep so be careful about that. The place was cozy and lucky when i got there there wasn't many people smoking. The food was just great with affordable price for some.
