The place is truly one of a kind pizza deli in Surabaya! The dough is very different, more like sourdough bread. So chewy and tasty. I'd reccomend the Suprema and White Truffle pizza, especially the fresh truffle one.

They also have other menus like Bruschetta, Lasagna and Panna Cotta. The bruschetta is very good, using the same kind of sourdough, with garlic butter and freshly chopped tomato. The lasagna is so creamy and meaty with burnt mozarella top. You have to try the Panna Cotta, the chocolate one. So jiggly and soft but not overly sweet. Perfect for closing a superb dinner.

The only downside is that they only open in the weekends, by registering through WA on monday. I tried one time registered on monday afternoon but it was already full booked. Now you also have to give down payment for IDR 150k before reserving your meal. Also, because the place uses the front and garden of a house, wear trousers to eat here et causa the mosquitoes.

Would easily recommend this place if you are looking for a Pizza. Forget the commercial Pizza (Ht, D*o,etc.).

Food: Taste authentic, may not pleased all palate. We ordered 3 based sauces: Tomato (Taste so meaty and well blended with the Ham and Wagyu), Mozzarella (Taste Earthy, umami, and strong mushroom flavour), and Pesto (Surprisingly this one taste very good, all the herbs are pronounced and enchanced the meat flavour). Personally I would recommend the Mozzarella based and Pesto. Service: Fast and everything is clear. You have to reserve your spot to eat here. So be patient and always be on time. Ambient: Feels hommy yet we had a great moment here for a conversation.

Got recommended by a friend and decided to try it out even though it’s pretty far from my house. The location is quite hidden inside a cluster, that’s why people call it a hidden gem.

Overall I was truly satisfied with all of the foods we ordered, pesto gnocchi & truffle beef ham pizza and a vanilla gelato for the dessert. The best part was that all the ingredients were freshly homemade and the sourdough pizza!!🤤 hands down the best one in Surabaya. They also gave us free sourdough bread for ordering above Rp.250.000, such a great deal!! And to add, the servers were very nice and friendly too!
