Do cafe — Restaurant in Surabaya

An entertainment cafe in West Surabaya. They have farm you can visit after enjoy your food and drink. And you can also shop plants, flowers and fishes on the way to parking lot. The food is cheap, but I got a salty Tom Yum Soup. The Aglio Olio Pasta is really dry. I got annoyed when I ask the staff to proceed my dessert. The chocolate lava is good and warm, but I have to wait for my two scoops ice cream for about 20 mins. When I asked the staffs, they said the ice creams have already delivered. But I have never receive it. So they ask their friends, but no answer. Until I came to the cashier, and they said they need to ask to another person. I mean, I already paid for what I order and it’s not my obligation to wait for that long when the staffs is wrongly delivered my food to another table. And my chocolate lava cake became cold 🥲 when the staffs came to deliver the ice creams.

This cafe is located in a residential forest mansion area. This place is really a fun place to eat as well and gives a relaxed impression to its visitors. I ordered Matador pizza, US king carnivore, Hot lady on bed, Spaghetti Carbonara pasta and Crispy chicken. Carnivore is definitely the best, the meat is so tender with the delicious sauce as well as the pastas (sphagetti and carbonara) and pizza which also have a good taste. But the crispy chicken is horrible. This dish only contains pieces of bone with a bit of meat wrapped in spices !!. This dish is more accurately called crispy chicken bone 😆. Very bad management, baru pertama kali kesana hari minggu karena kepingin nongkrong2 cantik sambil ajak main anak.. Baru aja masuk udah disuruh antri sambil pesen makanan di depan kasir.. padahal belum dapet tempat duduk.. masa iya pesen makanan sambil antri berdiri, bayangin ini cafe lo yg daftar menunya berlembar2 bukan resto fast food yg menunya cuma ayam goreng/french fries/burger yg daftar menunya muat dipajang di dinding semacam md atau kc.. akhirnya aku putusin utk tunggu tempat duduk dulu.. Setelah dapat tempat duduk & milih2 makan aku antri lmayan pjg karena cuma 1 aja kasirnya,, anak ku mau nunggu sambil main jg ngga bisa soalnya klo mau masuk playground harus nunjukin struk pembayaran.. Hadeeeh kebijakan yg terlalu berlebihan y menurutku.. Pas bayar mbk kasirnya bilang klo makanan nya ready 1 jam an.. yaweslah ya sabar bs sambil nunggu di playground.. playground nya biasa aja,, kecil juga.. mini zoo nya isi unggas2an aja macam ayam2, bebek, angsa, burung.. oiya sebelum masuk diwajibkan beli makanan hewan 10rb, jd jgn lupa bawa dompet ke playground, kyk aku.. Makanan&minum kita ternyata beneran ready selama itu,, kalo kesana jangan pas kelaperan ntar bisa pingsan.. rasa minuman nya biasa aja cm tampilan aja yg cantik ala cafe,, es tehnya berasa aneh, jus dan milkshake nya maniisss bgt... Aku beli french fries ga dikasih saus/sambel harus minta dulu,, aku ga minta udh males,, dan karyawannya super sibukk.. pizza nya tipe yg tipis & kriuk2,, ngga kefoto karena lama bgt mateng nya.. steak nya penyajiannya unik digantung2 tapi rasanya B aja kayak sate tp ga pake bumbu kacang.. karena lagi hamil aku ga makan steak karena ndak well done daging nya & cuma colek2 aja ga tau empuk atau ga, tp anak ku 3 tahun ga bisa ngunyah nya.. spaghetti carbonara nya failed tapi masih bs dimakan cuma ga berasa creamy keju khas carbonara.. utk harga ndak murah2 amat,, makan+minum 100 ribuan.. mau balik lagi? Nope, ngga ada yg worthed buat aku,, kafe dg harga segitu byk yg lebih enak makanan & pelayanan nya.. Dan jg cafe ini terlalu crowded dimasa pandemi gini.. tempat duduk letaknya terlalu dekat dg tempat antri dan jalur org lewat.. aku jg tidak merekomendasikan kafe ini utk org yg kurang bisa...
