nice place and good food but service needs improvement. i visited this place around 3 pm and it was quite crowded but not too busy. the food and the atmosphere were both great. i also happened to meet (i think) the manager, who was very friendly and welcoming. however, i had a less pleasant experience with one of the female waitstaff wearing a hijab. i understand it was busy, so i tried to be considerate. i waited until she was done serving another table before politely asking for mineral water, but she gave me a very cold and unpleasant look. it made me wonder if i did something wrong just by asking. my friend also asked for a fork, which she brought around 25 minutes later. we said thank you, but she walked away without responding. it left a bad impression. now i personally prefer going to the new samanko location (i’m not sure of the address) because the staff there feel more friendly...

An absolute delight and undoubtedly offers the best pastries in the Riau Islands. I only wish they would open a branch in Batam! The variety of pastries is impressive, ensuring there's something to satisfy every craving.
