I recently visited this place and absolutely loved the overall ambience, it's beautifully nestled in nature and the use of natural materials in the interior design really enhances the calming vibe. It’s the kind of setting that makes you want to stay longer just to enjoy the surroundings.

The food was also a highlight for me, everything I tried tasted good. However, there are a few areas that I believe could be improved to make the experience even better.

When I arrived, the table was a bit dusty, which is understandable given the semi-outdoor setting. But I had to ask twice before someone came to clean it. The same thing happened when I requested an extra plate, waiting and having to repeat myself made me feel like my request wasn’t important, which isn’t ideal when it comes to customer service.

Another point worth considering to add: there’s no wash basin near the dining area. So, you have to go downstairs and use the one in front of the toilet, which isn’t the most convenient.

Despite these small setbacks, I genuinely love this place. The concept, the setting, and the food have so much potential. I really hope the team considers this feedback and continues to improve, because it’s a place I’d love to keep...

I had an outstanding experience at Kai Meya, made truly special by the amazing team. Gabriel, the bartender, was exceptional — warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. He took the time to ask about my taste preferences and crafted a custom cocktail on the spot that was absolutely perfect. His passion for mixology and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out.

I also want to give a special thank you to Igit, our waitress, whose kind hospitality and attentive service made the evening even more enjoyable. She was warm, professional, and made sure everything was seamless from start to finish.

Overall the place has a beautiful touch of art, scenery and design that makes it feel so cozy and inspiring. The music? Just the right mix — smooth, chill, and perfectly set the mood. It gave me Bali vibes! The food are worth the price and taste.

Kai Meya is lucky to have such a thoughtful and talented team. I’ll definitely be back — and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know!
