Eatalia Italian Delights — Restaurant in West Java

I just dined in the newly renovated Eatalia in KBP. The pasta was under-seasoned and overcooked. I ordered the Mushroom Alfredo Fettuccine, and the texture was similar to kwetiau. Not chewy, overcooked, uneven rolling of the dough. Some strands were thin & some were thick. Then the Beef Ravioli was overcooked as well and the sauce was becek (watery). I also ordered the Truffle Mushroom Pizza, there was enough truffle scent and flavour and it was seasoned properly until I ate the pizza. There was too much corn meal on the bottom of my pizza so my whole mouth and tongue was powdered. This place has a quite atmosphere, like a fushion of casual and fine dining restaurant. The instruments music warm me in every minutes i stayed at this place. Thanks to the friendly staff they help me to prepare a little surprise birthday celebration for my friend. I ordered a few eatalian dishes, overall is okay, but for wings it is indeed a hot one with a lot of chilly. The only thing this place needs to consider is if they can serve an alcohol drink, even though you can grab one at the peak by mercure hotels which located in the front of this restaurant. The name of this restaurant is very unique and really sounds like italia hahaha.. it is very catchy.. now let's talk about food.. If you are looking for salad, caesar salad is recommended, the vegetables are fresh and the mayo also taste good Our family fave pizza is classic supreme.. their pizza edge is crispy and the olives is taste great.. And for the pasta our kids fave menu is chiken carbonara alla eatalia.. it is soo perfect!! The taste, the sauce and aldente pasta is their perfect combination for my kiddos!!
