Kampoeng Sawah Soreang — Restaurant in West Java

Bad service! I will give zero for their service. There were four of us, we enter the restaurant and find ourselves an empty table. We sat down, and wait, but no one came. We had to come to the cashier and ask for a menu, after that then a waiter came, just to drop us a piece of menu and she left without even waiting, giving any suggestion, or at least asking what we are going to order. Then we write down our order, again walk to the cashier to handed over the order. And to surprise us even more, most of the main dishes were sold out. They can inform us in advance, but it seems they do not care. Enough is enough. There are better restaurant with better service. This restaurant is actually a bit disappointing for me. Just been there a few hours ago with my family and the restaurant has a nice and big place, but what makes me give a bit low score is because the food we got was a bit disappointing. For the basic package we only got a small chicken and 2 pieces of cucumber, no tofu or tempeh. It was too minimalist for that price. For the service, we were actually a bit surprised because we couldn't pay with debit for a restaurant that has a big place like this. But we really like this place. Family resto di daerah sini memang masih minim jumlahnya. Disini tempatnya sangat luas, bebas milih dimana saja karena memang banyak sekali yang masih kosong tempatnya. Pelayanannya baik, rasanya lumayan enak, toilet bersih, suasana sejuk, banyak gazebo di atas kolam dan itu membuat suasana jd tentram.

Tapi sebagai resto yang bertema dan sebagai penyedia makanan Sunda seharusnya lalap dan sambal sudah menjadi keharusan untuk disajikan, bukan dijadikan menu terpisah, kita harus memesan lalap dan harus memesan sambal yang menurut saya agak pricey ya harganya (sedangkan di tempat lain itu disajikan...
