I am going to rate this place based on its service, food quality (taste, freshness, ext) and hygiene.
Service wise, RM Ciganea has a slow and confusing service. So how things work is that once you decide where to sit, a waiter/tress will hand out a bunch of food options; from fishes, chicken, beef, birds and varieties of vegetables. Most of the RM Ciganea places are not ready to serve huge wave of customers, those that arrives at breakfast, lunch and dinner time. Hence, at rush hours, the food thet serve per table varies and order taking require an enormous long wait time.
Food quality wise, it is not consistent. There are few foods that are too greasy and are tasteless (the friend chicken, bird and fish). Yet, other food such as empal (traditional beef), pepes (steamed tofu), and sate are alright. That aside, the vegetables are fresh. This is a good poin.
Hygiene wise, the eateries are another concern of mine. I am concerned about how there are cleaned. Fore, there were still stains on the glass that they provide. Do not expect much on its hygiene since most of it's branches are understaffed.
Last, you would think that it is a buffet like place, right? Well no it isn't. They will calculate your dining cost based on the food that you ate (those that were given by random at the begining of your visit). So, if you ate only a chicken-rice, and ignore the rest, they will only calculate those you eat and will not include those you did not eat.
It is indeed a cheap place. The cost for four people is only IDR 200k (relative based on person). Yet the pricing speak for itself.
I am open for improvement and will update the review accordingly.
Ps. The pic that I took were not representative, yet you can see the clearer picture in the other review section. Also, this is my subjective opinion on the matter.
Thank you...

For an ideal combination, the pairing of soft-fried yellow tofu, savory anchovies, well-seasoned fried chicken, and their freshly made sambal dadak creates a harmonious balance of textures and flavors. A combination of tenderness, savory, and spice work together to seamlessly elevating each bite into a memorable taste sensation. It's a meal that not only satisfies the palate but also leaves a lasting impression, proved by a recurring visit each time I went for a Bandung trip with my relatives, which we never missed a single time to...
