Yg perlu diimprove : Pelayanannya lama (sbaiknya waitressnya lbh di-well trained lagi, tmasuk customer service excellentnya, smoga smakin ramah, dan terlihat tidak panik kalau pas pelanggan ramai), bayar di kasir juga lama (ngitung pake kalkulator dan lama 🤭😁, coba sistemnya diupgrade y, biar lbh profesional) Sbnrnya tmptnya lumayan, di tengah ada kolam ikan, tapi kolam ga terawat, air keruh, ikannya jd ga jelas malah cenderung jd bikin ga oke dari segi estetik, smoga bs lbh terawat lagi pasti akan lbh oke Tukang parkir adakah? pas mobil kami mau keluar terhalang mobil lain, kita infokan ke frontlinernya, responnya ga cpt, dan kita yg inisiatif balik liat plat nomor mobil tsb, lalu infokan no platnya minta tolong diumumin ke pelanggan yg punya mobil tsb, smoga lbh profesional n proaktif lagi y staffnya
