Sate Maranggi Bah Use — Restaurant in West Java

I recently visited Bah Use for their famous Satay Maranggi, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The place is quite comfortable, even though it doesn’t have a luxurious appearance. The ambiance is simple and cozy, perfect for a relaxed dining experience.

Still best "Sate Maranggi" in town. price was quite cheap but it's taste so good. Located in a small village north Purwakarta, not very far from main road , and not very crowded. Very like their Sate Maranggi Sapi, but Sate Polos often run out of order or not available so you can only able order for Sate Campur for Maranggi, beside, other menu always ready as well. Must try sate polos when it's ready. They also have unique soy sauce that I never find in other place. Very very match with rice and sate maranggi and with a little touch of sambal dadak, nice. Some tips from me, for sate, since their cuts if vary between each other, some cuts it's too big or too small, so it's made the meat getting hard or tough when it's getting cold. So at first order, order same amount with you need, and then, you can request add some more when you feel that it's still not enough, to make it still warm and the fat also the meat still...

Update: Sekarang ada toilet baru di belakang dekat sawah. Mudah-mudahan tetap bersih. Alur pesanan sama antrian makanan masih kacau. Beberapa kali pesan kelapa lama keluarnya dan kesusul sama orang lain. Ibunya juga keliatan bingung antar ke meja mana. Sate mah masih nikmat seperti biasa.

Kesan pertama makan disini asli terasa jauh tapi sengaja mau makan disini soalnya denger-denger rasanya beda sama sate merk sebelah.

Jalannya kecil, banyak pengunjung juga, tapi alhamdulillah dapet parkir depan warungnya. Duduknya sih di bagian meja yang duduk biasa. Soalnya udah pada penuh di bagian lesehan sama belakang.

Waktu itu pesennya langsung ke kasir karena ga ada yang datengin ngasih menu. Tapi yang lain pada dikasih menu dan pesen di meja. Wajib dipesen ya sate yang full daging, sate campur gajih sama sambel. Penasaran juga sama yg lain akhirnya pesen juga karedok sama jus mangga.

Satenya emang agak lama, harap maklum banyak yg pesen jadi ya antri. Tenang, worth the wait. Satenya empuk, bumbu kecapnya meresap. Kalo kamu orangnya tipe lempeng aja, sate bumbu kecap ini oke. Manis dari kecap, gurih dari lemaknya aduhai. Apalagi makan sama nasi putih anget. Sedap…

Kalo kamu tipe yang suka menyiksa lidah. Nah ini sambelnya bikin melotot. Aduh makkk, pueedddesss ampun. Ini kaya cabe doang isinya tapi nikmat.. Hahahaha kombo top banget nasi anget, sate campur sama sambelnya.

Sempet pesen sate lagi buat dibawa pulang. Karena tusuk satenya lebih pendek dari yg biasanya jadi muat masuk microwave di rumah buat diangetin.. piring microwave bisa muter dan ngangetin sate lebih rata.

Overall aku cukup menikmati makanan disini. Walaupun tempatnya jauh dan suasananya yaaa so-so (karna aku bukan duduk yang ngadep pemandangan sih).

Yang bikin bingung disini ga bisa bedain mana pegawainya (ga semua pake celemek, ada yg baju bebas aja), sama ga ada nomer meja....
