Soto Bening Semarang RM.Indokaswa — Restaurant in West Java

The food taste is actually delicious, and really cheap too (IDR7K/portion) but the serving is quite small. The paru satay and mendoan is so so, but the chili paste in the table is outstanding so it really helps with the taste.

I ordered take out for the soto and mendoan, but they give me different sambal, so I ask for the one in the table. First they told me it cost more (IDR3K) I said it’s okay I will pay for it, but after that they told me it’s not for sale. Only for dine in.

Soooo.. I took out the mendoan, pour the chili paste, and I ask them to wrap it again.

Like, really? You can not have the chili paste for take out? Sorry to say, but you just lost one future costumer.

pricewise, it is cheap, and the taste is just ok (didn't expect much anw). but wow, the service is 1/10. when we first arrived, no one helped us with the seating, we sat on a dirty table, and none of the staff even had the initiative to clean it until we moved to another table. it took so long just for us to input our order cause none of the waitresses are available even tho it wasn't that busy that night. the chasier took so long to just get our bills. def won't be...

The Soto is good, but you should try the Garang Asem,, it was way better than the Soto,, for me the Garang Asem was really good,, rich flavor, not too sour, the chicken was good,, perfect..
